Lovera's Smoked Italian Sausage is slowly cooked with hickory wood for several hours. It can be eaten right our of the package or lightly seared for a sandwich or a party tray. It's our favorite grilling snack, perfect when paired with Lovera's Caciocavera and Toma cheeses.
